Brooks Bryant holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services with a minor in Family Counseling. He is a certified Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper through the QPR Institute. Mr. Bryant is also a certified Lifestyle Coach with The Balm in Gilead. Brooks brings a wealth of clinical and case management expertise to the organization. Brooks possesses over 20 years of experience working for social service organizations and building collaborative relationships to continue to help underserved populations.

Vanessa Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. She has twenty-plus years of experience in property management and seven years in managing supportive housing programs. Her experiences working with vulnerable populations have equipped her with the case management skills to assist beneficiaries in reaching their goals and gaining access to resources in the community to maintain housing stability.

He has over twenty years of experience working in the public sector in various roles such as the SC Department of Social Services, the Greenville County School District and the Department of Health and Human Services. Hiram brings a wealth of knowledge to help beneficiaries navigate the social service agencies available in the community and utilize these resources to progress towards a better quality of life.
