Project Care is a nonprofit organization that provides housing help opportunities and emergency shelter to chronically homeless individuals living with HIV/AIDS residing in the state of South Carolina.  These services are provided to promote increased participation in comprehensive care, case management and to assist individuals to secure and maintain stable housing.
